DESCRIPTION:

This webinar will show the methodology and uses of LIDAR to capture Structural Components by utilizing a Scan to BIM method. This method allows for capturing a space and turning it into a digital model that can be utilized for planning, monitoring, or managing the built environment, and communicating and sharing project information with the design team and stakeholders.

Along with this method, we will also show the uses of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) as a non-destructive and non-evasive concrete testing method for locating post-tension cables, steel reinforcement members, conduits, and leaks, voids, slab thickness, exfoliation, and delamination.
